Pure and Overlap
WHAT IS OVERLAP AND DOES PURE’S COMPENSATION PLAN INCORPORATE OVERLAP?
Traditional overlap in a compensation plan refers to other distributors filling in positions in your direct down line. Typically, in an overlap situation, distributors to the side of you can place people in your direct down line. This happens when a company formats their matrix forcing an over lap situation by reducing the number of possible distributors per level by a certain number. For example, when you join Pure Energy Club, you can put 3 people below you and those 3 can all do the same. This means your first level would contain 3 distributors and your second level would contain 9, and so on. In order to force overlap, a company may choose to only allow 7 or 8 distributors on your second line, instead of 9, forcing an overlap situation should all 3 of your initial distributors also recruit their 3. An “overlap commission” is paid at a much lower rate ( a fifth normal commission normally ) than if that distributor comes from you or one of the distributors in your direct down line personally.
There are certainly pros and cons to an overlap commission structure although much of the hype surrounding overlap is just that, hype. Does Pure Energy Club’s compensation plan incorporate over lap? No, we have something better, its called “Free Placement”. We don’t believe that you should be paid differently for certain distributors in your down line depending on where they came from.
Pure Energy Club will ALLOW anyone to sign up for membership on our corporate website, www.pureenergyclub.com after launch. Almost every other network marketing company we have studied does NOT allow individuals to sign up for membership on their corporate website but instead turns them away to “find a local distributor” for sign up. Does this seem illogical to anyone but us? Pure Energy Club does not believe in turning away ANYONE that wants to sign up to receive or sell our great products and believes the above practice to be a discouraging and counter productive business method. Should an individual go to our
corporate website to sign up ( normally because they have heard of us but don’t know a distributor personally ), they will be allowed to do so. We will then place that distributor in the nearest available spot in the matrix from top to bottom, left to right, creating Free Placement. And best of all, you get paid the FULL commission on those free placements as if you recruited them personally. Now that’s powerful.
Keep in mind that our corporate website address will be on EVERY can of Pure Energy Drink and advertised heavily on our vehicles, business cards, search engines, and by our corporate staff. As long as you have your initial 3, you’ll be the one that benefits from OUR marketing efforts and we won’t pay you any less for the privilege. Welcome to the most generous pay plan in the world.
