I apologize for the length of this email but there are some important updates.

Our production date for our first order of cans has been moved up to this Tuesday, the 25th.  I’m excited to personally witness 150,000 cans being labeled and filled in less than 3 hours time.  I’m also excited to say that we are the only energy drink on the market with so many combined healthy ingredients: Quercetin, Fucoidan, Ginseng, Acai, Pomogranate, Blackberry, Chokeberry and vitamins A, B and E to name just a few.

We’re seeing new sign ups from all over the country and our foundation continues to grow strong here in Utah.  The timing of our launch is nothing short of a miracle and the opportunity to build your business for free prior to launch is certainly once in a lifetime.

Now on to matters of finance.  Pure Energy Club’s compensation plan has been analyzed by some of the best MLM attorneys and consultants in the country and it has, without fail, come back as potentially one of the most lucrative compensation plans in the industry.  Needless to say, our closest competitors are worried, and the smart ones are coming on board now to get a top position.

Our compensation plan is 3 pages and contains a lot of language regarding our retail sales program and income disclaimers.  I’m going to be sending that out after one last review from legal but in the meantime, I have received permission to send you the breakdown of where the jumps in commission will fall.  Remember, you get paid these amounts on ANYONE in your downline regardless of whether we put them there or someone above you puts them there.  Once you attain a higher level of pay, you are paid at that level on everyone in your downline retroactively back to your initial 3.  We’ll be operating from a 3×12 matrix with retail sales requirements to enter the last 2 levels (custom software on this is still being finalized). We’re still trying to work out a Will Call option for pick up of your product although it is not yet in place.  Here is the breakdown, I think you’ll find it quite impressive:

0-119 in your downline = $6.00 each
120-1374 in your downline = $6.50 each
1375+ in your downline = $8.00 each

I challenge you to do the math and compare your potential income to that of another network marketing company.  I challenge you to analyze the potential power of the exponential growth the “synergy of finding 3″ has in our compensation plan and product.  Lastly, I challenge you to discover at what point you may have replaced your current income entirely.  It may not be as hard as you thought.  Share this with someone today.

Pure Energy Club is very unique in that you have several different ways people will arrive in your downline.  The best part is that it doesn’t matter how they get there but that you will receive the same amount of money from each person regardless if you are their registered sponsor or someone else is.  Let me explain the ways people will join your Pure Energy Club matrix.

1)  DIRECT SPONSORSHIP: The concept of Pure Energy Club is pretty easy to sell.  Make money drinking an energy drink… basically, right?  If you are a someone’s sponsor when they join Pure Energy Club that person will be placed in your downline (in the highest position available).  You will make $6.00 a month from that person.  Once your downline reaches a certain number of people total, say 100 people, your entire compensation amount jumps up to $7.00.

2) FREE PLACEMENT: Free Placement is an entirely new concept to network marketing.  Thousands of individuals will go to the corporate website at www.pureenergyclub.com to learn more about Pure’s awesome opportunity.  Those people will have the chance to join Pure Energy Club right there on the spot.  When other companies would offer little direction to join, Pure makes it quick and easy.  Those people are automatically placed in the matrix at the first available spot.  So when someone pops up under you from Free Placement you will still get paid the same amount if you signed them up directly.

3) UPLINE SPONSORSHIP: Once you get your first three people there’s no reason to stop talking about Pure Energy Club.  You will find that others will want to hear about it.  They will see your success and will want to know your secret.  Explaining Pure Energy Club and getting those interested to join will be great for you and your network… You will have to place those people somewhere below you which means they will end up below one of your first 3.  You as well as those above the new sign-up will be paid the full amount!

There’s no way around it, your first 3 will be your team’s top earners.  Make sure you pick ones that can lead people.  just plugging anyone in these spots is one more link between you a true power player.

when recruiting, especially during pre-launch, find someone that bring on lot of people.  explore the network of other people.  just because “Johnny Boy” isn’t a seller he may have access to a huge network of people (like an email list, a lot of facebook or myspace friends or a popular website).

i have a friend right now who is not interested in joining Pure because of the amount of time it may require to be successful but he owns and runs a very popular website with over 10,000 active subscribers.  he is going to join and present Pure to his loyal fan base…. allowing his subscribers to join under him.  1 person can bring in thousands and not even know it.

It isn’t everyday that a company gives its distributors the chance to build a downline for free, although Pure Energy Club is doing just that.  With just over a month to launch, Pure has more than a dozen people who would ALREADY be profitable if we were to launch today, and that number keeps growing.  Just imagine where those dozen individuals will be in 30-50 days when we actually do launch.  How many more will be joining them?

I do not know of a network marketing company that allows its distributors to build a profitable business before spending any money.  This is truly a unique opportunity.

It is our intent to have a definitive compensation plan to you before this weekend.  Next week, we’ll begin our weekly conference calls for your recruits as well.  Your potential enrollees will be able to hear from our founders and top distributors every week.  This will be an opportunity for them to hear about the club, the growth, the product and the business opportunity.  This, along with multiple other resources will make recruiting a more streamlined process.

Lastly, our competition is struggling.  An hour doesn’t go by in the day that I don’t hear about some of our closest competitors struggling to pay the bills along with huge attrition rates.  This has come about because of unfulfilled promises, false hype, lack of integrity and compensation plans that attract and promote apthy.  We are aware of their short falls and will make all of those weaknesses our areas of strength.  Show everyone you know details of the club.  Touch someone’s life with a healthy product and a business opportunity even more lucrative, synergetic and powerful than is possible to explain on paper.

Congratulations!  We have just completed our most successful week of recruiting to date.  More and more people are realizing the lucrative opportunity that Pure Energy Club is everyday.  I suspect our growth will only increase until launch in Sept.

We are rapidly approaching capacity of our top 150.  Should any of you have potential enrollees on the fence, let them know the top 150 will likely be filled by Monday or Tuesday.  Again, for those of you struggling to find your top 3 – don’t worry!  You will have an unlimited supply of resources at your finger tips very shortly.  For now, just share the information you have with those you know.  There is nothing to risk and everything to gain.  Many of you would be MORE than profitable if we were to launch today showing us the power of the pre launch, I can’t imagine where you’ll be in more than a month when we really do launch.  Pure truly can and will change lives.  We are growing faster than anyone expected and our goal for millions of distributors seems reachable more and more everyday.

As we await arrival of our final compensation plan, I wanted to make you aware of some items that will be included:

1)  We will likely have a “preferred customer” program.  A network marketing company must legally have a certain amount of customers ordering the product each month in addition to the distributors.  We plan on rewarding anyone that brings on customers simply interested in consuming our great products, but have no interest in becoming a distributor.

2)  We may convert to a 3×12 matrix.  The 13,14 and 15th levels contain millions of people and it is unlikely, or perhaps impossible, that anyone would ever reach those levels.  Pure only wants to represent and advertise what is logically attainable.  Should you fill just 10 levels, you will be a millionaire many times over.  Integrity plus transparency = credibility.

I saw pieces of our marketing video and proofs of our website and software today, all very unique and extremely powerful.

Being a business owner, even a home-based business owner, has huge advantages for tax write-offs.  Pure Energy Club has a minimal monthly expense but did you ever think you could write that off?  Here is a list of several expenses you are incurring right now.  Once you join Pure Energy Club all of these expenses will become legitimate tax deductions that will actually save you money.  Start saving your receipts now on the following items:

Business use of your car or truck
This includes payments, repairs, maintenance, insurance and gas.  If you do not write-off your gas use keep track of the miles.  Currently the IRS is letting you deduct $0.50 per mile so keep track.  I highly recommend getting a gas card that can be used in and out of state and is accepted at major gas stations (Chevron, Shell, etc.)

Marketing tools and office supplies
Pretty much every thing you need to run your home office to properly build your business is now tax deductible.  Your computer, mouse, earphones, printer paper, ink (which is getting pretty expensive), business supplies, iPod, video camera  and I suppose the new flat screen LCD television that you plug your laptop into for presentations.

Portions of your rent, mortgage, home-maintenance and repairs
The IRS wants you to have a designated room or part of your house that is used for Pure Energy Club.  Determine what percent of your home-office is of your entire home’s sqft.  That percentage can be used to figure what % of your mortgage, utilities, and repairs can be a deductible.

Write off a portion of your utilities
A portion of your gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage and other utilities can be a tax-deductible business expense.  Use the same percent.

Hire your kids to work in your business
Don’t pay your children an allowance – Teach them while they are young the value of hard work and the benefits of owning a home-based business. If you hire them to work for you, you can deduct what you pay them as a business expense. The best part is if they are under 18, some or all of the income they receive is non-taxable so they get to keep everything they earn.

Cell phones, Home phone, fax, Internet, etc.
Write off the business use portion of your home and/or mobile phone, as well as your internet service. Or, you could always just get a second line specifically for your business.  If your spouse or children are doing stuff for your Pure Energy Club membership their cell phone bills are a write-off.

Gifts, meals, recreation and entertainment expenses
Turn your next Pure Energy Club lunch or dinner meeting into a tax deductible business expense.  Are you inviting people over for a taste testing party at your house?  Well, order some pizza’s or whatever – it’s a write-off.

Non-reimbursed medical and health care expenses
Anything your employer does not cover could be covered by your home-based business.

Computers, furniture, furnishings, and other office equipment
Desks, chairs, copy machine, fax machines, laptops, printers are all tax-deductible business expenses.

Business travel that may include a family vacation
Go on a business trip and stay a few extra days and relax with your spouse and the rest of the family.

Meetings and conventions
These can be local, out of state, or in another country as long as they are ordinary and necessary for your Pure Energy Club business.

Plus many more business costs and expenses

This is a very short list of the many business deductions available to you when you start and operate a Pure Energy Club membership with the intent to make profit.

The red dot on the timeline indicates when the recession started. Network Marketing Sales SKYROCKETED (as they have in EVERY recession since the Great Depression)!

So What About The Recession?

Jim Cramer from the show Mad Money on MSNBC discusses why direct sales is recession proof.

After you get a few signups in Pure Energy Club you will want to monitor your down line, especially when reps below you start signing people.  I constantly look at those below me to see their growth and progress in the company.  I encourage the people really jammin’ and personally work with those not producing.

The first matrix monitoring system I had was a piece of paper with a bunch of boxes spaced out.  I made a master copy and just filled in names as they were added.  It looked a little sloppy after a while and soon I knew I needed another way.

The next system I had was just a cleaner and tighter version on the first matrix system.  I actually drew a large matrix in AutoCAD with lines and boxes I could drag around…. Still wasn’t working.

I did a little thinking for a day and came up with the idea to use a computer genealogy program to manage my MLM down line.  I tried several programs but really like MacFamilyTree.  It is only available on the Mac OS…  The program has a lot of different ways to organize your down line and actually doubles as a fantastic contact manger.  You can enter reps names, phone numbers, and other personal information.
